Booking Deposit
Once your booking is confirmed by Michelle, a deposit of half the total fees is required.
Final Balance
The remaining balance must be paid prior to Michelle's check-in for the confirmed booking.
Meet Michelle Before Your Booking
A Meet & Greet allows Michelle to meet you and your pets and discuss their routine and care requirements. The flat fee helps cover travel time and fuel.
